$55 plus tax.  Make your brief stay a memory to last. We will have a gorgeous bouquet of flowers and a bottle of BC award winning wine ready in your room for your arrival. One dozen roses available at extra charge. A box of chocolates by Rogers' Chocolates, Victoria's own chocolatier to the queen, making mouth-watering delicacies since 1885, may be substituted for the wine. Tour the hottest fishing spots off Vancouver Island with experienced local sports fisherman Paul Paquin and his charter operation If We're Lucky Fishing Charters. Some of Vancouver Island’s finest fishing lies within easy reach of the city of Victoria. Let Paul guide you to the trophy salmon and barn door halibut he knows so well in this area. Enhance your experience as you soak in the amazing West Coast seascape and view whales, seals, porpoises, eagles and other wildlife in their natural environment.

 IWL Fishing Charters uses a well-equipped 21-foot Campion walkaround cabin vessel. Two 2004 Yamaha outboards power the vessel that is moved on a tandem axle trailer to the spots that are most promising at the time of the year you visit. Two night minimum stay.

  

The 2008 price per hour is $85 (Canadian) for the first angler, and $15 more per hour for each additional angler. Minimum charter time is four hours. You can decide the maximum. Charter time begins when you step aboard the boat ready to head for the fishing grounds. It ends when the cleaned catch is handed to you. And if the fishing has not been productive enough, the skipper will give you an extra hour gratis, providing you are still amused by his stories.
